Leading the Pipes & Drums of Switzerland at the Avenches Tattoo

It was a real pleasure and a privilege to lead the Pipes & Drums of Switzerland during the parade of the Avenches Tattoo one of Switzerland’s major international military music festivals.

Bringing together pipers and drummers from across Switzerland for such an event is always a special experience. Beyond the music and the performance itself, these occasions are about teamwork, discipline and the shared passion that brings musicians together.

Marching through the streets of Avenches in front of such an enthusiastic crowd was a fantastic moment, and I was proud to lead the band on this occasion.
